We depend on the support of our community to maintain and expand operations. I would like to share some info about ordering rabbits unique to a small family farm rabbit breeding operation. Please read all Info Sections before placing your preorder. Thank you!
Our rabbits are Satins that have been carefully breed to be very large, meaty, and tame for safe handling. Rabbits are an excellent source of clean homegrown meat for any size homestead. The meat is lean like chicken at 3 months and becomes dark and rich by 6 months. They are quiet, don't require a lot of space, and produce an incredible amount of meat for the feed they consume. Our rabbits eat organic pellets, fresh fruit, veggies and herbs from the garden.

Everything we sell is an expansion of an operation for our own food supply. That means everything we sell is “family reserve” not a lesser quality for the public. Our farm has a negative carbon footprint. Our chicks are hardy and well nourished from hens that are fed the best organic fermented feed and pasture.
Unproven means the rabbit has not been confirmed able to reproduce.

Breed meens the female was mated to a male and is likely pregnant.

Proven means a rabbit has proved to be able to reproduce healthy offspring. For a male, I will breed him and make sure the offspring are healthy, feeding, housing, and caring for him in the meantime. For females the process is more complicated. Female rabbits may need up to 3 litters before building mothering skills, and it is not a pretty process to go through. I will do that for you and make sure a proven female has proper mothering skills before going to her new home and raised a litter 6 or more to weaning. I cannot guarantee litter size in her new home due to stress decreasing litter size and kit survival rate.
