Hi! I am Ms Natasha!
Yoga has been a light in my life and I would love to share it with you or your kiddos! I earned a Kids Yoga Certificate through Kidding Around Yoga and I am working on completing a 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training Certification. I fell in love with yoga 15 years ago. It has carried me through life's lows, helped me undo generational violence and become calmer, happier, and emotionally and physically resilient.
